The School Senior Choir was invited by the Four Seasons Hotel to sing carols at the hotel lobby on 20th and 21st December 2011. Under the direction of Mr. E.Ng, our music teacher, the Choir performed a 45-minute program of Christmas songs, featuring John Rutter’s Angel’s Carol and G.F. Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus.

本校二十多位同學於十月六日參加了由香港電台普通話台舉辦的「普通話廣播劇示範活動」，與經驗豐富的話劇演員交流學習。同學從中學習到不同廣播劇的演繹方法，並與同場嘉賓一起聲演中國經典《西遊記》。

Harp Performance – a Feast of Celestial Sound
Thanks to the Harp Chamber, two world-class renowned harpists, Ms Dan Yu, the Champion of the USA International Harp Competition 2001 and Ms Yeung Lau Yee, a double Master Degree holder, paid a visit to our school and performed incredibly wonderful harp music to all Paulinians. Both Maestri displayed their excellent virtuoso skills by playing several pieces of harp music by composers of different periods, ranging from classical to modern.

The installation ceremony of School Prefects, Class Prefects, Class Monitors, Green Campus Ambassadors, IT Prefects, Student Librarians and SPSS St. John Nursing Cadet was held on 27 September 2011. All staff members were also introduced to the students during the ceremony.

H.K. St. John Ambulance Brigade Cadet Command Inter-Divisional Competition
The Inter-Divisional Competition organized by H.K. St. John Ambulance Brigade Cadet Command was held on 25 September, 2011 at the Aberdeen Police College. Our SPSS Nursing Cadet Division was awarded the Champions in the Foot Drill section and Uniform Inspection section. We also won the Overall 1st runner up in this annual competition. Congratulations!

On 17th and 18th September, the Hong Kong Peace Festival organized by Peace International Foundation (PIF) was successfully held in our School Hall. The theme of this year's festival is "Music and the Planet" and our school choir was honored to be invited to perform in the opening ceremony.

Over 90 Form 1 to 3 Catholic students spent a fun-filled afternoon on games and activities organized by the Young Friends of St. Paul and Legion of Mary. The young Paulinians learned more about Jesus' teaching from parables in the Bible, as well as the need to support one another in nourishing and living out their Christian Spirit in their school life.

In his homily, Father reminded students that the life of the school would be in their hands, and they should make the best of their time in the new school year.
